How are moving costs calculated?
We calculate your quote individually based on volume (m³), distance, and desired service scope (e.g., packing, furniture assembly). After a brief on-site inspection or based on your specifications, we provide you with a transparent, non-binding fixed-price quote.
How far in advance should I book my move?
For appointments during peak times (end of month, weekends), we recommend at least 4-6 weeks advance notice. During off-season, short-notice bookings (2 weeks ahead) are usually possible. The earlier you inquire, the better we can guarantee your preferred date.
Are packing materials and assembly service included in the price?
The basic package includes our furniture movers and transport. Packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) and furniture disassembly/assembly can be optionally added. Simply let us know which services you want, and we'll supplement your quote accordingly.
What happens in case of transport damage?
We work with trained teams and high-quality equipment to prevent transport damage. Should something get damaged anyway, our company is liability insured. Please report any damage immediately after the move – we'll quickly handle settlement or replacement.
Do you also offer storage solutions?
Yes. In our partner warehouse, dry and monitored storage rooms in various sizes are available to you. You can store short-term (from one month) or long-term. Contact us, and we'll seamlessly integrate the storage service into your moving quote.
